Terms and Conditions of Cottage Rental

• No smoking or vaping inside (use an ash can for cigarette butts outside).
• NO daytime fires AT ALL (no fires before sunset).
• NO fires if there is a FIRE BAN/Forest Fire Danger Rating is HIGH (Check for a FIRE BAN before ALL fires at www.dysartetal.ca)
• Pick up after your pets and put down towels if they are wet and laying on the hardwood floors.
• Leave the cottage and property as clean as you found it.
• Lock up if you are going out.
• Take any garbage to the dump and return the dump card to the key rack (separate recyclables).
• Flush toilet paper only NO Kleenex, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, toothbrushes, etc.
• Check in at 1:00 p.m. Check out at 11:00 a.m. SATURDAYS
• Please do not drag the pedal boat or go through weeds (it damages the paddle wheel).
• Lifejackets, sheets, pillowcases, towels, toilet paper, paper towels and drinking water are NOT supplied. Please bring your own.
• NO ALCOHOL OR CANNABIS IN BOATS
• Must use hairdryers in bathroom electrical outlet or breaker will overload.

Reservation Deposit

• A non-refundable reservation deposit of $400/week booked is required.  Remaining balance will be payable upon check-in (please refer to reservation confirmation).
• Any cancellation of cottage rental agreement will result in forfeiture of entire reservation deposit (non-negotiable).
• Check-in and check-outs will include a complete site inspection.  Any damages not previously noted on check-in form shall be the responsibility of the undersigned.

I have read the above Terms and Conditions (Cottage Rental and Reservation Deposit) and agree to adhere to them for the entire duration of the rental. Any violation of any of the above terms and conditions by any person visiting and/or staying may result in further actions as deemed necessary by the owner.
